Woodland Spa Day - Sun 5th July - Session 2

4. Group Reiki healing.
5. Self - Love guided mindfulness meditation.
6. Nature inspired sound bath.
7. Safe covered space to rest, relax and reset.

Please feel free to bring a blanket, drink, comfortable clothing and waterproof shoes.

This session is for session 2 which is 2pm - 4pm.
